Electron Mac Icon
I have a Stamps.com Connect icon in my Menu Bar. I do not use it and the program/app is long gone. How do I remove the icon from the Menu Bar? I have tried CMD and drag to pull it off. i have looked through the folders and tried to drag it to the trash can. Each attempt results in my being told it is open. I cannot close it. I've tried other suggestions found in search in the communities and nothing has worked. I appreciate any assistance.

Electron Set App Icon
Aug 20, 2015 Let's talk about those icons towards the right within the taskbar. Those are system icons and you can choose which icons can stay or go. Windows allows apps to define a custom context menu that shows up when users right-click the app's icon in the task bar. That context menu is called JumpList. You specify custom actions in the Tasks category of JumpList, as quoted from MSDN. Applications define tasks based on both the program's features and the key things a user is expected to do with them.
